QIs there any registration or listing fee for builders?

No. Registering as a builder and listing projects on TerraNexxus is currently free, with no per-listing fees.

QHow long does builder verification take?

Our team reviews each builder registration manually. Timing depends on how complete your details are — we will reach out if anything needs clarification, and you can sign in any time to check your status.

QCan I list projects in multiple cities?

Yes. Once approved you can list projects in any city we cover. If a city or locality is missing, you can suggest it from your dashboard for admin review.

QHow do I receive buyer enquiries?

Enquiries that buyers send from your project pages appear in the Inquiries section of your builder dashboard, with the buyer’s contact details and message. Mark each one as contacted once your team has followed up.

QDo I need to be RERA registered to list projects?

A RERA number is required when you register as a builder, and projects under RERA jurisdiction should include their RERA registration so buyers can verify it.
