Terms of Service

TerraNexxus is an online real estate marketplace operating in India. We connect property buyers, tenants and investors with property sellers, brokers and builders. We are not a party to any transaction concluded between users; we provide the platform that helps both sides discover and communicate with each other.

• You must be at least 18 years old.
• You must provide accurate, current and complete account information.
• If you are using TerraNexxus on behalf of a company (broker firm, builder, NBFC), you represent that you are authorised to bind that entity.

If you list a property as a seller, broker or builder, you agree to:

• Submit only listings you are legally authorised to market.
• Provide accurate property details, prices, ownership information and RERA registration where applicable.
• Upload only images you own or have permission to use.
• Update or remove listings promptly when a property is sold, leased or no longer available.

We reserve the right to review, edit, deactivate or remove any listing that violates these Terms, applicable law or our editorial standards. Listings flagged as misleading, duplicate, fraudulent or non-existent will be removed without notice.

When you submit an inquiry on a property, your contact details are shared with the listing owner, broker or builder so they can respond. You agree not to use these communications for spam, unsolicited marketing, or any unlawful purpose.

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• You are responsible for all activity under your account.
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use or breach.

You agree NOT to:

• Post fake, misleading, plagiarised or duplicate listings.
• Scrape, copy or systematically extract data from TerraNexxus without written permission.
• Attempt to bypass authentication, rate limits or other security measures.
• Use the platform to defraud, harass or intimidate any user.
• Upload malware, viruses or harmful code.
• Misrepresent your identity, RERA registration or any credential.

Browsing and basic listing on TerraNexxus is free. Premium features (featured listings, priority support, sponsored placements) may attract fees disclosed at the time of purchase. All fees are non-refundable unless required by law or expressly stated.

TerraNexxus, including its logo, design, codebase and curated content, is owned by us or our licensors and protected by Indian and international IP laws. You retain ownership of the listings and images you upload, but you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free licence to display them on the platform and in related marketing materials.

• TerraNexxus does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness or legality of any listing or user content.
• We are not a real estate agent, broker, builder or financial advisor. Always conduct your own due diligence (RERA verification, title checks, legal review) before any transaction.
• The platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TerraNexxus, its officers, employees and partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential or special damages arising from your use of the platform — including loss of profits, data, goodwill or transactional outcomes between users.

You agree to indemnify and hold TerraNexxus harmless from any claim, demand, damage or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the platform or content you submit.

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time if you breach these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or otherwise violate applicable law. You may close your account at any time through your dashboard or by contacting support.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising from your use of TerraNexxus shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Ahmedabad, Gujarat.

We may revise these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top reflects the most recent version. Continued use of TerraNexxus after changes constitutes acceptance.
