We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. Inquiry, transactional and listing records may be retained for up to seven years to meet tax, accounting and legal obligations under Indian law. You can request deletion at any time (see Section 7).

We use industry-standard technical and organisational measures — including HTTPS, hashed passwords, access controls and encrypted backups — to protect your data. No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, but we work continuously to maintain strong safeguards.

TerraNexxus is not intended for users under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors. If you believe a minor has provided us data, please contact us so we can delete it.

We may update this policy occasionally. The “Last updated” date at the top reflects the most recent revision. Material changes will be notified via email or a prominent banner on the site.
