TerraNexxus is a real estate marketplace that helps you discover, compare and enquire on properties to buy, rent or invest in across India and the UAE.
How do I search for properties?
You can search for properties using our search bar, filters, or browse through different categories and locations.
Is registration required to browse properties?
No, you can browse properties without registering. However, creating an account allows you to save favorites and get personalized recommendations.
Property Listings
How do I list my property?
Builders can register via "Become a Builder" to publish projects, manage enquiries and track conversions. Brokers can register via "Become a Broker" to manage inventory, share properties and track leads and commissions. Both options are under "Post Property" in the header.
How are property prices determined?
Asking prices are set by the owner, builder or broker who lists the property, based on market conditions, location, amenities and features. Sale listings show the asking price; rental listings show the monthly rent.
