TERRA VERIFIED

What the badge checks

Terra Verified means a TerraNexxus admin has reviewed the listing against the list below. The badge on a listing links here. If a check date is stored, the badge tooltip shows it.

  1. 1.The listing matches a real property

Title, city, locality and photos describe one property or project, not a generic placeholder.

  2. 2.The price or rent is the lister’s figure

The amount on the page is what the lister entered. TerraNexxus does not invent a price to make a listing look complete.

  3. 3.RERA, when the law expects a project number

For a new project or an under-construction sale in India, the listing has a state-format RERA project number, or the lister has recorded an exemption: completed before 1 May 2017, a plot or project below the RERA threshold, or a rental. The number, when shown, has a link to the state portal, including GujRERA for Gujarat numbers. Opening that link is how you check the registration yourself.

  4. 4.The enquiry goes to the party named on the listing

The builder or broker shown is the party who receives the enquiry through TerraNexxus.

  5. 5.An admin turned the badge on

The badge is not automatic. A TerraNexxus admin sets it after the checks above. The date in the badge tooltip is that day. A later edit that leaves the badge on keeps the original date.

What the badge is not

  • It is not a RERA registration issued by TerraNexxus, and it is not a substitute for the state portal.
  • It is not a title search, a legal opinion, or a confirmation that every approval document is genuine.
  • It is not a site visit, a structural survey, or a promise about possession.
  • It is not a forecast of price, rent, or any other performance, and it is not a bank or government endorsement.

A listing without the badge can still be genuine. Always read the RERA number on the listing and open the state portal before you pay. Questions go through the contact page.
